By using InstantCV, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the service.
Use of the service
InstantCV is a free tool for creating personal CVs and resumes. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy and content of the information you enter.
Your content
You retain full ownership of the content you create using InstantCV. We claim no rights over your CV data or the PDF documents you generate. Because all processing happens in your browser, we never store or access your content.
No warranty
InstantCV is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the generated PDFs will meet specific formatting requirements for every employer or application system.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstantCV and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Intellectual property
The InstantCV name, logo, and the design themes available within the tool are the property of InstantCV. You are granted a limited licence to use the themes solely for generating your own CV documents.
Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CV Forge operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
